Privacy Policy
Water Eject is built to hold as little of your data as possible. The short version: no accounts, no uploads, nothing stored on any server.
What stays on your device
Every tool runs entirely in your browser. The eject and cleaning tones are synthesized locally with the Web Audio API — no audio files download, no server participates in playback. Your volume and frequency choices live in your browser’s local storage on this device and clear when you clear browser data.
What the site stores
The site has no accounts and keeps no user records. Like most websites, the hosting layer may process standard technical request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and reliability; those logs are not used to profile visitors and are not shared or sold.
Permissions, plainly
This site requests none. No microphone, no camera, no notifications — a tone generator needs only the audio output you already own, and it never asks for more. That is also why the tool keeps working when a rescue matters: nothing about a wet phone gets sent anywhere, because there is nowhere it could go from this page even in principle.
Advertising, plainly
The site carries no third-party ad scripts. If affiliate links appear in the guides someday, they will be marked as links to products, and the recommendation text around them will keep the same honesty rules as everything else on the site.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Last reviewed October 25, 2026.
